Help Oscar get Removal of tumor on ankle. — Waterbury, CT

Oscar is my only pet. He is never sick. This lump showed up and grew within 4 weeks. The biopsy didn't help with a diagnosis. It was recommended to have it removed. I'm disabled and low income. I can't afford the whole bill myself. Please think about helping.
