About this campaign
I adopted Parker from a situation where his human had Alzheimer’s and Parker needed a home. He’s 14 and is just the sweetest cat I’ve ever known. He’s been with me for 5 years. Parker has been my constant companion for those five years.
Parker has a large tumorous mass on the left side of his neck. I didn’t notice it for some time because his fur is so thick in the area. But it grew larger quickly and is now very large and looks very bad. And now it’s starting to bleed, which is very concerning. He visited the vet and got an estimate for surgery. But it is beyond my financial ability, so I ask for your help.
When I adopted him from a difficult situation, we bonded almost immediately. At 14, he’s still got a lot of love to give, and lots of scratches and pets to receive. I want him to be around for as long as possible. He just so special to me, and deeply bonded.
I’m a retired person living on Social Security. My normal expenses are met, including all cat food and supplies. But the cost of surgery is prohibitive, and I don’t have the time to save for many months. Parker needs help ASAP.
