Help Pepper get Cystostomy Bladder Stone Removal — NC

Pepper was the first dog I ever rescued and called my own. Since 2017, she has been my loyal companion, my comfort, and a treasured part of our family. She has always seemed to know when I needed her most. Pepper has looked out for me in ways she will never understand. She isn't just my dog—she's family, my sweet girl, and a piece of my heart.

Pepper was diagnosed with a bladder stone a year ago. After five rounds of antibiotics and prescription urinary food, the stone has not dissolved and has grown larger. She now desperately needs surgery to remove it before it causes life-threatening complications. Pepper means everything to our family, and we can't bear to lose our sweet girl.

Pepper came to us as a rescue in 2017, but in so many ways, she rescued us. She has been our comfort through hard times, our loyal companion, and the heart of our home. She asks for nothing but love and gives us everything she has in return. Our little family may not have much, but with Pepper beside us, we feel rich in love. We simply cannot imagine our family without her.

I'm a 63 year old woman and sole provider for my daughter and our four rescued dogs. I work part-time and live on a fixed income, barely covering our basic needs. Pepper is family, but I simply cannot afford her surgery without help.
