Help Reagyn Get the Surgery She Needs to Run Pain-Free Again

About a month ago, Reagyn tore the ligament in her left knee. Her veterinarian has determined that surgery is the treatment she needs to repair the injury and give her the best chance at returning to a comfortable, active, pain-free life. Her surgery is expected to cost approximately $1,815.

Thankfully, Paws 4 A Cure is providing a $400 grant toward Reagyn’s care. Her mom has also put aside what she can, but she still needs to raise $800 to make Reagyn’s surgery possible.

Reagyn's mom never expected this sweet girl to become such an important part of her life.

"Reagyn became part of my life after I rescued her from a shelter that described her as ‘difficult to place’ and ‘aggressive.’ We took a chance on her because I could tell she just needed the right kind of love, and she has become such a wonderful addition to my life. She is not aggressive at all and loves everyone she meets. Her favorite thing to do is hug you back with her paws when she is getting petted.

She means so much to me, especially after filling the void left by another beloved pet who passed away. She has been by my side through so much, and I want to give her the chance to have many more happy, pain-free years ahead of her.

Reagyn and I are so thankful to everyone who has contributed their time and money to help make her life better. The surgery will cost approximately $1,800, and I have some savings set aside. After the Paws 4 A Cure grant, we still need $800 to make her surgery possible.”

Reagyn has spent years giving her mom unconditional love, companionship, and countless moments of happiness. Now, she needs that same love returned.

Her CCL injury is painful, but with the surgery her veterinarian has recommended, Reagyn can have the opportunity to get back on her feet and enjoy the activities she loves without living with chronic pain.
