About this campaign

We adopted Rosie in 2021, a rescue from Alabama with scars from abuse. Her first moment in her new home, was stealing a sandwich off my Dad’s plate, instantly she was family. She has brought so much joy into our lives.. Her sad eyes hide the silliest, sweetest, most energetic soul—full of kisses, howls, zoomies, paw-rub requests, belly rubs and endless love.

Rosie was diagnosed with a ruptured CCL and is in need of a TPLO surgery. She’s on pain medication, which is hopefully easing her pain when she moves around. We have already seen a few different vets and her surgery will be handled by Southeast Animal Hospital. She’s struggling to walk and needs care asap, please help us get our girl back on her paws.

As a single father, it breaks my heart to see my only daughter fear losing her best friend. They share a special bond of both being adopted, which made our family whole. Rosie is more than our dog—she is her companion, comfort, and family. We want Rosie back on the porch, cuddling with us, and surrounded by the love she deserves. For the many years she has left to live a beautiful life!

Within the last year our family has suffered its share of surgeries, traumatic events, and life altering challenges. The news of Rosie’s diagnosis was our last straw. We can’t bear anymore pain and heart ache. We are humbly asking for help to save our pup.
