Very communicative. He knows where is meds are kept and helps remind me when it’s time. I ask him a question like what do you want or where is it and leads me there. Often a treat or the back door!

I’ve had him for 15 years in December 2026. He means the world to me.

He has arthritis and allergies. He is in need of medication and a monthly injection.

He tries to communicate with me and has persisted by my side through some of the toughest years of my life. He is intelligent and very lovable. Seeing his pain return breaks my heart and it hurts even more because I know he only needs a monthly injection and daily medication.

I lost my job in February due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve since applied to SSDI but Georgia takes up to 10-12 months for an initial decision. Right now I have no income and don’t know how I’m going to get through the next few months. His monthly injections are about $53 + $20 for the unlimited visits. Apoquel is about $93 a month and Galiprant is around $55 monthly.
