Vanilla suffered a devastating head injury. Will you show her she is loved?

Vanilla was rescued from the streets of Cairo, Egypt, after being found with a devastating injury to her head. Her wounds are extensive, and veterinarians believe they are consistent with an axe attack.

Vanilla is now safe under the care of Stray Dog Support and their partner.

One of her caretakers brought her some yummy yoghurt and chicken. And despite everything she has been through, she happily ate it. It may seem like a small thing, but for Vanilla, every meal and every day of healing is a victory.

They are still waiting for her blood test results. In the meantime, she is resting, receiving medication and daily wound care, and slowly beginning to heal.

Her recovery will be long. Her wound will take time, patience, and extensive care.

But Vanilla is fighting — and now, she has people fighting for her, too.

Vanilla needs every chance to heal and experience the safe, loving life she should have had all along. But they cannot do it without your help.

Please consider donating to Vanilla’s recovery. Every contribution helps provide the medication, wound care, food, veterinary treatment, and continued support she needs as she takes this journey one day at a time. ❤️🐾

Vanilla survived unimaginable cruelty. Now let’s show her kindness.
