Zuzu was rescued by CAMO Rescue from the urgent list at Palm Valley, but her journey to safety is far from over.
This sweet girl is facing a serious femur fracture and needs part of his tail amputated. Her veterinarian is hopeful that both procedures can be completed together, giving Zuzu the best chance to heal and move forward into the happy, pain-free life she deserves.
The estimated cost for Zuzu’s surgery and take-home medications is $2,500–$2,800.

💕 Zuzu Update 💕
Our sweet Zuzu is doing good! We’re so happy to share that her femur is healing beautifully. 🥰🐾
Unfortunately, Zuzu had to go back under anesthesia for another round of much-needed care. She had a mammary mass removed, was spayed, and had a dental with extractions. It’s been quite a journey for this little girl, and definitely an expensive one, but she is worth every single penny! ❤️
Zuzu has been through so much, and we’re doing everything we can to give her the healthy, happy life she deserves. She continues to show us just how strong and special she is.
Please keep our little fighter in your thoughts as she continues to heal. We’re so proud of you, Zuzu! 💕🐶

Sweet Zuzu is doing great! Her femur and amputation surgical sites are healing beautifully! Today she will get her sutures removed 😀
