Hemi is a 5-year-old American bulldog in Owatonna, MN, who needs $1,000 for diagnostics and treatment for infection.

He's been with us since he was 6 weeks old. He's a huge part of our family and life. He's fun sweet energetic and we can't imagine losing him. We live in the country he has acres to run and loves to chase bunnies and squirrels. And play with our 1 year old puppy who has him acting like a pup all over again!

He's sweet kind loving big lap dog! He loves everyone. And will smoother you with love! He is my immune compromised sons best friend. He would be lost if he couldn't yell for him to come inside to eat or sleep. We truly need help! He is our best friend. We have 4 boys who would not know what to do without him.

He's goofy and thinks he needs to be on your lap all day. He likes to "show his teeth" he has a huge under bite that is the cutest!! We always tell him to put his teeth away and he will! He shakes his whole body inside of just his tail. He loves to go running with us beside the gold cart for miles if we let him.

He was bite by a possum and now has a major infection in his leg. Which is causing him to not be able to walk. And taking over his leg. He's weak and getting very sick. He's also starting to get really cranky towards or pup who is his best friend and we believe it's due to being in pain because he is not aggressive dog at all.

My husband is the only one working as I had some medical issues and 3 surgeries in less then a couple of months. We are strapped and need help to save his life! We don't want to lose him.
