Hennessy is a 6-year-old Pitbull in Chambersburg, PA, who needs $2,000 for Blood Transfusions.

Hennessy was born at home and has always seemed to be fine. He was the last to be born out of 7. He lives with his mom (Kahlua) in my home. Both have been healthy except for seasonal. Hennessy is now a 91lb pit bull he’s brown and white. He’s a big baby even though he loves to talk (bark) to people and people automatically gets scared. He loves his family and other dogs, but he doesn’t like cats.

Hennessy is a cuddle bug even though he’s huge. He doesn’t understand he’s huge and will lay on top of you and lick you to death. Cuddles, hugs, and kisses is what he loves the most. Zoomies with his mom are funny too. The neighborhood kids like to tease him because they know he’s a big baby. He loves to roll over on his back to sleep. He sleeps with my son every night and steals his blankets.

Hennessy is a talker, if he could actually talk he’d never shut up. He steals seats, beds, blankets, and hearts. He loves to go byes byes and talk to strangers. He whines every time his family leaves and comes home. He will greet you with his food bowl. He runs around with his food bowl a lot. He loves to play in the hose water when it’s warm enough outside.

On October 24, 2023 my boyfriend was outside smoking when Hennessy went out to pee, and he yelled to me that he was peeing blood. His urine was nothing but blood. His gums and lips were pale pink/whitish. We took him to the emergency vet in Hagerstown MD and he was diagnosed with anemia, Evan’s syndrome, (imha). His body is attacking his red blood cells and destroying them. He needs blood transfus

I have autoimmune disease myself. I have RA, OA, Fibromyalgia, and recovering from my 2nd cervical spinal fusion. I am trying to go back to cleaning houses and build my clientele. I don’t the income for his blood transfusions and medication to keep him alive.
