Henry is a 5-year-old Domestic Shorthair Cat in Round Lake, IL, who needs $2,000 for PU Surgery.

Henry was born on a farm. He came to us 5 years ago as a kitten. He has a cat brother named Titan and 2 dog sisters, Olive and Milk. He is the prince of the house.

Henry likes to sleep up high. You can find him on top of the recliner or on top of towels in the linen closet. He loves on his brother and likes to get the zoomies around 3 am.

Henry is always curious and likes to get into things. We have found him standing on top of the car, in laundry baskets and inside furniture! Henry will let you know when he wants pets by pawing at your head.

Henry has now been in the hospital twice for a blocked urethra. He was unable to urinate, became septic and needed IV fluids, antibiotics and sedatives to keep him comfortable. He is under care at Round Lake Animal Hospital.

Henry now requires a PU surgery to help prevent further urinary issues and sepsis-which would lead to death. We don't have the funds to cover this expensive surgery and the likelihood that he will become blocked again is very high. The surgery is needed to prolong his life.
