Hercules is a 2 year old Rottweiler in Ponca City, OK, who needs $3,000 for Foreign Body Removal.

A little over 2 years ago, a neighbor of ours had a litter of pups that he was struggling with. Our family took in the entire litter with the understanding that they would provide all food and I would find suitable homes for them. The 1st night, Hercules cried in the bathroom so I held him all night to help him sleep. Our daughter named him Hercules because he acted strong from day 1.

Hercules began getting sick on Friday Jan. 23rd but we thought he just worked himself up to the point of vomiting. By Sunday, he was vomiting everything up and would not eat or drink. We rushed him to OSU vet in Stillwater, Ok where they discovered a foreign body in his small intestine. The Dr. there was not able to do the surgery so he referred us to Catoosa Small Animal Hospital.

Hercules is part of our family. From day 1, he has loved all the children. Hercules loves to jump on the trampoline with the kids, go for LONG walks, and play with the baby kangaroos that we foster. He is an amazing animal with an outstanding personality.

I am a full time college student. I spend the majority of my time either in class or volunteering with local animal rescues. I have 3 children at home who are in school as well.
