My little baby Hermione came into my life as a gift from my sister. She was a rescue and so beautiful I fell in love with her at first sight. She lives with her mommy and daddy and two little kitty siblings, her sister Freddie Mercury and brother Mortimer Brewster. She's a chocolate tortoiseshell who has moved around with me from place to place for 11 years and has helped me through hard times.

Hermione's little siblings love her so much. She runs around and plays with Freddie and the two sit and snuggle with each other every day as they look out the window for birds. She loves sitting on laps and especially loves her uncle Greg, my best friend, who is her favorite person and babysitter. She considers herself one of the humans and wants to be at eye level with us so she can hear us talk.

My husband is out of work due to COVID and both of us have terrible credit, so we can't get CareCredit or Scratchpay. We are asking for help to get our baby healthy again so she can stay the wonderful part of our family she's always been.

Hermione has been pretty healthy her whole life, but now she needs surgery to fix some teeth and gum issues. She is an elder cat so anesthesia is risky, and her mommy and daddy are pretty scared. She loves the smell of roses and goes crazy over Mandarin oranges. Her little paws are always busy reaching out to touch us tenderly on the face and shoulders.
