Hunter is an 11-year-old Chihuahua in Des Moines, WA, who needs $2,000 for eye and ear care.

Hunter, is an incredible sweet boy and cuddles. Hunter was saved from two girls that were not treating him well in California. He originally became my sister's dog, my family and i took over as she moved. She named him after a baseball player. We now have made the trek to Washington state. He is happier here with the cooler weather!

He loves to go outside and sit in the sunshine. He cuddles with other pets. He loves to cuddle with our old, orange cat Laser. Enjoy is seeing people. The kids in the area love him as well. Definitely loves to eat! Sometimes will try lay on your head, as a pillow to be closer to anyone. Definitely loves his sleep as well. Gives you kisses before bed.

My family and I are going through some struggles with our move to Washington and coming across some misfortune. Also, troubles with covid. Trying to get by and make sure my pets are well. Live with kindness and adore animals. Just need my boy healthy again. As well as happy.

Hunter is getting older and previously tripped on a walk and had to have surgery on his toe. He now has recently began going blind in his left eye and needs carrying up and down the stairs. This has just began this week. He is having a hard time walking and his left side of his face seems to be numb. We keep his eyes very clean. I am trying to find a local veterinarian. Anything will help.

He is very latched to me and always needs to know where I am. I love him with all my heart. He gets silly at times and plays with the cats and other dogs. Loves to plop on his back and smiles to get you to rub his belly like a panda. We sometimes call him radar because his big ears. He also has a butterscotch nose with freckles.
He is sweet old man!
