Hunter is a 10-year-old Beagle/Miniature Pinscher in Keenesburg, CO, who needs $2,000 for Enucleation.

Hunter was brought to me as a gift from my grandfather. At the time, I didn't realize how much I needed this little guy and almost told my grandpa no because I wasn't sure if I wanted another dog at the time. Quickly I found that he was exactly what Penny(my other dog) and my family needed.

Hunter is the most loveable and cuddly dog I have ever owned. If you have ever met him you would know. Everyone who comes over calls him a little person because he has a personality as if he is a child. When anyone comes over and sits down he quickly comes up and cuddles up to you and sits on his butt as if he is sitting up right like a person. All he gives is love and laughter.

Hunter is my special little guy. He is very protective of me and if anyone grabs him he barks at them and tell them to back off. He is a very sympathetic dog as well. If you cry and howl he will howl and cry back with you. In 2021, I lost my baby daughter and the days that I could not pick myself up off the floor he was there under my arms licking the tears off my face.

Hunter has diabeties and has developed a horrible form of Glaucoma which is causing his eye to die and intense pain. The doctors over at Bluebird Opthiomology have recommended we remove his eye. He could have a very intense infection if we prolong it. I cannot lose him but sadly cannot afford his surgery with a baby on the way.

Hunters surgery will cost more than I csn provide. I am currently pregnant with my rainbow baby and all of our funds will have to go towards our human baby. I don't want my fur baby to suffer because I am chosing my baby and want to save him so badly.
