Ice Man is a 1-year-old Pitbull in Fairfield, CA, who needs $2,000 for TPLO surgery.

We have had Ice Man since he was 2 months old. We initially got him to keep our other pitbull company and have a playmate. He is now 1 and will be 2 in June. Both of our dogs enjoy each other. He is a very loving, cuddly, crazy, little man. He brings all of us so much joy, I love coming home to our dogs and the love they give.

Ice Man loves to play and run the yard. He is a very active dog and him and outlet other dog love running through the back yard. Last summer he got to go swimming in our pool for the first time and loved it. When it’s nap time he loves to cuddle with mom, dad, or sister. Most of the time when he sleeps you will find I’m on his back looking like he is smiling.

When ever we come home from being gone, he will run to find a toy and then run up to you with it in his mouth and talk. He also walks around you wiggling his butt. We nick named him Wiggle Butts. Then he will run away firm you because he wants you to chase him and try to get the toy away from him. Sometimes you will find him, this big pit bull sleeping on the back of the couch.

It started during the summer when all of a sudden he started limping. We took him to the vet and they sedated him and took X-rays, finding nothing wrong. Then in January he came in from running out back limping really bad. The next morning my daughter yelled for me saying he could barely walk. We took him back and then sedated him again with X-rays and found the problem. He vet is Banfield.

My husband is laid off. I work a full time job, part time job, and go to school part time in order to keep all the bills paid and our animals taken care if. We hate seeing him limping and looking depressed by the end of each day. We want him happy and running around again.
