About this campaign

Iggy was found in a ditch after many days of thunderstorms and rain. He was alone, wet, and scared. I picked him up and brought him to the vet for treatment. I can foster him but will be looking to rehome him since my husband is allergic to cats. I also have a puppy.

He has tested negative for Leukemia and FIV. He was dewormed, given his first round of booster shots, and treated for ear mites. He will require more rounds of kitten shots in the next month. The vet is named Bush Animal Clinic in Albany, GA

Iggy is very personable. Very tender and cozy. He immediately got on my lap and crawled to my shoulder to rest and snuggle. Filled with purrs. He doesn’t want to play quite yet but he handle his first bath very well. He is playing and loving on my 9 year old daughter.

I am an educator on a fixed income and can’t absorb the medical bills. I took this kitten in and treated him since all of the local shelters and rescues are at full capacity. I would like to recoup some of the costs. Any extras would be donated to a local cat rescue.
