Indiana was found abandoned and wandering around an apartment complex as a puppy with his sister. The angels at Rescue One saved him and set him up with an amazing foster family. When I saw him on Rescue One's website my heart melted. On July 4, 2023, I adopted the cutest, feistiest little rescue and he has been with me ever since. He is almost 3 now and I would do anything for him.

Indie is a ball of energy, so when he started limping I got worried. The vet found that he had a luxating patella in his right back leg. Basically, his kneecap pops out of place often. I use Divine Vet Clinic and Dr. Divine found a birth defect in his legs, causing luxating patella in both back legs, and the years of running had torn his ligaments as well. He needed surgery on both legs

Indiana is the sweetest boy, he helped me through some tough times in high school. He loves laying in the sun, barking at nothing, splashing in the creek, running on our "walks", and cuddling on the couch. He gets so excited whenever people come over, he just wants to smell them and play with them. He is also the best around my little cousins. He loves kids and I love him.

I'm only 18 and am trying to pay for school. I scraped up enough money for his right leg surgery but I don't know how I'm going to pay for his left. I'm barely living off scholarships and I'm struggling to find a job. I don't know what to do and my dog is in pain.
