About this campaign

Pet Angel Fund

Iris came to Pet Angel Fund as a plea for help. She, being the young pup that she is, had curiosity get the best of her, and sadly it threatened her life. She got into superglue and proceeded to ingest a dangerous amount.

Unfortunately, Iris dealt with the blockage for nearly a week, worsening over time. She was in critical condition when she was connected with Pet Angel Fund. They decided that they would move forward with surgery, despite not knowing how much it would cost and how severe Iris' case was. They took one look at her and knew they had to help.

Thankfully, the emergency surgery saved Iris' life. She is now in recovery and is doing well. She will have a few more vet checks to monitor her recovery and make sure she continues on a path to full recovery. She is so young, with her whole life ahead of her.

Pet Angel Fund helps many animals in need of emergency care, and while they continue to do all they can, they are struggling to keep up with the constant demand for assistance. Despite the challenges, they are determined to help Iris, but can’t do it alone!
