Isis is a 15-year-old Tabby in Austin, TX, who needs $2,000 for diagnostics and treatment for vomiting, weakness, not eating, kidney stones.

Isis is a very sweet girl. She love to cuddle up at night when it’s bedtime. She is a rescue - a runt of the litter so she a bit smaller than normal. She is a very outspoken but super loving. She is 15 years old and loves the outdoors, she loves to sunbathe every time she can. She has moved with me from San Diego to Monterey to SF and now to Austin. She has a long life in front of her.

Isis is a cuddle baby, when it’s bedtime she follows me and goes under the covers to sleep next to me. She has a few allergies so regular treats are out of the question and she has a clean diet of sweet potato and salmon. She definitely is a foodie and enjoys it. We recently moved into an apartment with a deck and loves to be outside napping or sunbathing.

Isis is a talker and extremely vocal. She definitely lets you know what’s on her mind. If you are sitting down she takes advantage and goes to your lap to nap or just hang out. When I was living in a house and would go get the mail she would follow on that adventure. She is not big on cars but when I took a road trip with all pets she kept me company as she sat in the passenger seat.

I had to take her into the emergency room. I was hoping she was just dehydrated or or just needed antibiotics. After being at the vet for 2 hours they tell me she should stay overnight and would need to do a couple of tests. Her blood work came back abnormal with 4 levels being high. After being in observation and on fluids for almost 24 hours the vet recommended that she gets an ultrasound.

I am living paycheck by paycheck, my mom passed in Dec, and I’m not ready to say goodbye again. If she is in pain or not improving then it’s understandable. Living paycheck by paycheck only allows so little wiggle room for any additional bills.
