Our family picked Isla up as a pup at only 8 weeks old and she has been with us for only five years. Our two children were 12 at the time and are now ready to graduate high school. Isla is one of the family!

Isla just presented with a bump on her leg a few days ago, we brought her in to see her vet right away and they determined she has a mast cell tumor that needs to be removed right away to determine what further action might be necessary,

Isla is an interesting character-she is more interested in people and loves everyone. She has so much energy but is happy to hop on the couch to cuddle with family members. That is, until a piece of food hits the kitchen floor, then, get out of her way!

We are not prepared for this kind of expense, especially at this time. Our budget is getting stretched with car repairs, deposits just made for colleges. It never entered our minds that a 5-YO lab would be in trouble like this.
