About this campaign
In March 2022, we rescued Jack from a Harris County Shelter in TX with a complex leg fracture, heartworms, and ear infections, and later adopted him in August 2022; however, on his third birthday in January 2024, we discovered a grade III soft tissue sarcoma. He has lived at home with us and enjoyed daily 50 min dog walks, dog family vacations, provided training, and showered him with love.
Jack got along instantly with our 3 eight year old female beagles. He loves cuddling and playing with them. Jack is treated as part of our family and he has a Christmas stocking with his name on it. He loves to chase balls, eat bully sticks and dental chews, loves his teeth brushed, cuddling with his parents in bed, family vacations, hiking, exploring smells, chasings squirrels, & daily dog walks
Jack is our special boy and only son. He is silly and goofy with us and his 3 siblings sisters. He loves to give us high fives. He loves to do tricks for us. He loves to be challenged to learn more tricks too! He is such a loyal pup and is so focused on caring for us when he is the one that needs to be cared for. He makes us laugh and could not imagine life without Jack in it.
Jack presented with symptoms 1/15/24 that worsened overnight and had emergency surgery 1/16/2024 for a rectal mass. Soft tissue sarcoma stage III diagnosed. Radiation is needed per Radiation oncologist.
