Jack came in to my life when he was 8 weeks old. At first I told my girlfriend "I can't have a dog like that" she looked at me funny and said "keep him for 5 days and if you don't fall in love with him, I will take him back" Needless to say Jack is now. 6yrs old. And we have been together ever since. I never thought that I could love anything or anyone as much as I love Jack.

I can not imagine my life without Jack in it .He is just like having a smàll child .He pouts and drags a toy doll around. Everyone in the neighborhood knows Jack .The girls at McDonald's down the street know him by name. The ladies at the grocery store call him "HANDSOME JACK". He likes kids and other dogs. The only thing he's scared of is cats. He is sweet and funny, strong and silly.

The stones are not the type that will dissolve so they will be removed surgically. The biggest fear is one of them getting lodged in urethra if this happens it could be fatal. I can not imagine a life without Jack. He is all I have in this world.

From the moment I got Jack until just about ,6 months ago Jack was as healthy as a horse. Then all of a sudden he was vomiting and his urine had blood in it. He was obviously scared and in pain. We put him in the car and we drove to the Loomis Basin Vet Clinic, where he was diagnosed with Cystine Crystals and stomach stones.

Everyone Loves Jack! He is a favorite at the VA Hospital, I just let him off of his leash, he wanders around from room to room, bed to bed, and just hangs out with the guys. Sometimes I have to make him get out of someone's bed that just needed a hug. A man told me that Jack was the only visitor he had ever had. funny but somehow I think Jack knew that.
