Jack is a 2 year-old Jack Russell in Southaven, Mississippi who needs $1,800 for Mucosal stripping with epiglotopexy.

Our Jack was from a rescue group. He was over 1 when we got him. They said he had been met four times with no luck on his forever family. I met him for the first time at the dog park. He was amazing!!! We brought him home and he fit right in with our others. He is a total love bug. A total lap baby. Loves you to hold him like a baby on his back. He sleeps with us every night. 😊❤️ He started having problems and it has been found that he is in need of surgery. He was fine when we got him and I started noticing him having problems. They said it was a genetic defect. They don’t see many of these. His eppiglotis gets stuck and causes him to have swallowing and breathing issues. He has him on medicines to help with his panic attacks. Also on steroids. I know he would benefit from having the surgery the vet specialist is talking about. We love him more than anything. He is our family member. ❤️ Breaks our hearts to see him struggling like this. Two years old is not old. We would love to have him many more years. ❤️😊😊
