Jack is a 10 year old American Longhair in Susanville, CA, who needs $1,000 for Tooth Scaling/Removal, Anesthesia, and Bloodwork.

I have had my cat Jack for over 10 years now, I adopted him as a kitten in Alaska and he has moved all over with me. He is my best friend, and we are bonded.

Jack has been diagnosed with stomatitis. Stomatitis, also known as Feline Chronic Gingivostomatitis (FCGS), is a painful, chronic inflammation of a cat's mouth tissues that can cause ulcers on the gums, cheeks, and tongue. Jack has a hard time eating, drools, and has bad breath. He is in pain, and I am in need of a cleaning and possible tooth removal.

Jack cuddles directly on my stomach every night when I go to bed, and lays on my lap when I work on the computer. He greets me at the door when I come home, and meows and runs to the food dish when its time to eat. He is a lively cat, with so much personality. He loves people, and he makes cat haters into cat lovers.

I had to move to California from Texas to leave an abusive relationship. This has caused me to to take a paycut as well, and I have been left in a financial bind. I have been through a lot, and Jack has been there for me through it all. I really want to be able to help him.
