Jack is a 11 year old American Longhair in Whitsett, NC, who needs $1,000 for Fluid Therapy, Test, and Medications.

Jack came into our life as a rescue 11 years ago. It was instant love. We got him shortly after my mom passed away and he was instrumental in their healing process. He has one sister cat Lana who is also a rescue. We choose him because it was close to Halloween and he is solid black. His name was chosen from Nightmare Before Christmas.

Jack has sudden onset renal failure. Cause undetermined. Last week he started acting a bit odd . Not eating ( which is on heard of in Jack’s world) and not drinking. He declined rapidly. He will need fluid therapy and more test. Along with medication. He is at a stage of renal failure that can still be turned around.

I could go on forever why Jack is special. He is the most loving cat. My daughter would dress him in baby clothes and stroll him in a stroller. He never minded playing along with her. He never meets meets a stranger. Everyone who comes to my house falls in love with him. Jack is our world. He is not a pet but family.

My financial situation at the time is very hard. I am a single mom of two plus two kitties. I work two jobs to pay all the bills. I also medical conditions that cause me to have a lot of medical payments and medication. I was diagnosed with Scleroderma 10 years ago.
