Jackson is a 10 year old indoor chocolate point Siamese cat. I have had him since he was 12 weeks old. He was born in August of 2015. We live in a large apartment in Arizona.

The humane society in Mohave county is the vet and place that saved him when I adopted him. We went to the vet on 6/24 because he was not urinating well, we found out he has bladder stones. They were large enough to recommend surgery. They gave him antibiotics and pain meds as well as a prescription food called hills urinary care C/D multi care.

Jackson is the smartest sweetest loving cat in the world. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him even people who don’t care for cats. He knows how to play fetch and a cuddle bug. My 2 year old just loves him and would be devastated if anything were to happen. I’ve had him for 10 years and I would lose it if I lost him.

I am a single mother and I can’t afford Jackson’s 1300 dollar surgery. I paid 490 for his antibiotic, X-ray, pain meds, and food. We got stone breakers as well that are not working and he is now bleeding and hardly urinating.
