My Jade was a rescue in 2012 at the age of approximately 1 year old. She has been loved and spoiled since the day she came in to my life. She's very loyal, friendly and fierce if she feels my safety is being threatened. My roommate at the time of her adoption asked me to always take care of Jade should anything happen to her. I made that promise and that day my best friend was killed in a car crash.

Jade has been a very obedient and loving girl. She has always gotten along well with other animals. She's my grandchildren favorite girl and loves them all very much. My daughter has always called her sister. I will be alone and lost without her. My promise to my lost friend and roommate will be broken as well.

Jade has always been very vocal on what she needs, has a smile to light up a room. provides love and has dried up my tears during times of my sadness. During my recovery of a few surgeries Jade has been gentle with me and assisted in my recovery, believe faster than if I hadn't had her. She is kind, intelligent and precious to me in so many ways.

A large lump was discovered under her left arm. The vet immediately discovered that it was not a bite. They drained fluid and examined it and the outcome is a tumor or lipoma that must be removed as soon possible. Due to my disability, my fixed income cannot pay for her needed surgery. I will stop at nothing to try and ensure she is given her chance to recover as she has given me.

Jade is my best friend, my emotional support pet. To know she is in pain is very heartbreaking to me as well. I want to do all that I can to help her get this cancer removed so she can continue to be a shining light in this very dark world, may continue to spread her love.
