Jake is a 5-year-old Blood Hound/Great Dane mix in Milford, MI, who needs $2,000 for Chemo therapy and steroids.

Jake was rescued on the side of the road when he was a puppy. We found him up north at the humane society for my dad who lost another dog Jake immediately grabbed our heart we have had him for almost 6 years my dad passed away 3 years ago from bladder cancer now we got bad news on Jake that he has peripheral lymphoma large cell I am fully disabled and don't get much money from ssd I don't want to lose Jake.

Jake is an emotional support animal to my son and after we lost my dad he sleeps with each one of us he also has a furry brother that loves him very much .Jake loves to chase the 4 cats I have as well he is very loved by our family he lives his treats and running around up north.My dad loved him very much we made a promise to him before he passed we would take care of him I don't want to let him down.

I don't have any money I have maxed out my credit card for him already I don't want to lose my home but my dog means so much to me I would i disabled due to my health I need Jake in my life to help me deal with my dads death I can't lose him too to cancer.

Jake was diagnosed with peripheral lymphoma large cell he can hardly breath it is getting bigger by the day he is seeing a cancer doctor on March 19th they only give him a week till a month to live without chemo I can not afford it and I don't want to loose my dog over this he is breaking my heart he looks so sad .

He licks your face when you are down gives hugs .He actually smiles when he is happy he loves his brother Zeus they run around up north together .Jake means the world to my son he lost his dad, my dad, now he feels he is loosing Jake and don't want to see him depressed last time the only thing that helped was Jake.
