First of all, thank you to the person who donated $50. I am broken hearted as 05/23 Jake is no alive. Jake was a rescue. No one seemed to want him. I kept reading his story from a his previous owner. For weeks she pleaded for someone to give him a good loving home. I went to meet him and it was love at first sight. Jake is a cuddle bug. He became my partner.

Jake "demands" he is petted first thing in morning...then all day long. (Smile) Jake gives hugs and head bumps. But the best thing is at night. Some sleep with a weighted blanket for comfort and security. I have the best security. Jake sleeps on my hip....every night. Until 1 month ago. My Jake started not eating as much.

I love my Jakey. He has been my comfort these last 3 years. He has filled the empty spaces in my life. I hate myself for not being able to care for this medical need. Again..i am asking..begging on behalf of Jake for help in meeting this financial cost.

I took Jake to Community Animal Clinic, East Liverpool, Ohio. He was the worse. He is in some pain. He had a bad infection and is now taking antibiotics. When I was told he needed possibly 3 teeth pulled and then when I was told the estimated cost I cried because I knew I didn't have the entirety of payment.
