Jam is our sweet family cat, and his journey with us began in the most unexpected way. I found him as a tiny kitten on Interstate 495, crawling across the highway, terrified and exhausted. Cars were straddling over him, and others were trying to go around, but when he ended up in front of my semi truck, I knew I had to help. I picked him up—he fit right in my hand—and brought him home

VRC is the hospital were trying to take him too. Jam has had a very healthy life until up to this point where he has stopped eating which has led to his anemia.

Jam is very close to me and my family and has always been a very high energy kitten loving to play with anything he can bat around on the floor like bottles caps. He also loves to cuddle at night and loves to sleep next to me.

I only have a minimum wage job right now and really want to keep jam alive. This bill being in the thousands is very sudden and way out of my price range living on my own.
