About this campaign
Jameson was rescued back in 2016 from Texas. He was found outside during Hurricane Harvey. We rescued him from an organization in Connecticut. We decided to go see him due to his name, Brandon, which is also my husband's name. We all fell in love instantly, Jameson holding on to my husband's arm not wanting to let go. He has severe anxiety, but is the most loyal and loving dog there is.
Jameson is seen at Scarborough Animal Hospital. He went in for a routine visit, and I asked for them to check on two lumps I recently found. They determined one was a mast cell tumor, while the other was too small to aspirate at the time. Since then, the smaller lump has grown, and will be assessed when the mast cell tumor is removed. Surgery is scheduled for August 30th.
Jameson is such a loyal and sweet dog. All he wants in life is to love and be loved. He is loved by my husband and I, and our 3 year old son. He enjoys playing with his stuffy toys, his "babies" as I call them, and snuggling in between our legs. He is a sucker for cheese and will be anywhere there are snacks. He is the guardian of our house, and always looks out for us despite his small stature.
Our family has been struggling significantly lately. Bills are behind, we are living paycheck to paycheck, applying for assistance and getting denied. Our other dog also has chronic arthritis and requires over $200 a month in medications.
