Jameson is a 4-year-old German Shepherd Dog in Grand Lake, CO, who needs $2,000 for TPLO.

I rescued my sweet boy from a breeder that was going to euthanize him when he was a puppy due to a heart murmur. Thank goodness the murmur went away, but he has had an incredible amount of other major health issues since then. Despite all of that, we live the best life together with our sweet Bella girl, who is a 3 year old Australian Shepherd.

Jameson is extremely active as am I. His absolute favorite thing is playing fetch. Balls are his number one go to toy. He also loves to chase and roughhouse with his buddy Bella. In the summertime we hike, backpack and camp. His life is full of fun and adventure and he always has a happy go lucky attitude to bring along. Unfortunately, right now, he cannot do any of this because of his injury

He has such a fun loving, happy personality. Despite all of his medical issues, nothing gets him down. He makes me laugh every single day with his silly antics. He is always trying to rile his buddy Bella. He has a crazy stick obsession. Every walk we go on he has to find a new stick, even if it is 8 feet long! His enthusiasm for life is amazing to watch!

His current medical condition is bilateral CCL tears. He needs bilateral TPLO surgeries. Dr. Erick Egger is who I have picked to do the surgery at Ski Town Animal Hospital, although his regular vet is Dr. Carrie Nedele at Grand Animal Hospital. He has also dealt with severe allergies and several infections due to a poor immune system, one that almost killed him, arthritis, and other prior trauma

I do not have the money for surgery due to excess debt, some of which is from trying to get help for my boy. I have spent thousands from my own pocket trying to keep him healthy his whole life, and it would mean everything to be able to get back to living the life we love
