Please Support Jane in Her Golden Years

Meet Castaway Critter's newest rescue, Jane. Yes, they named her in honor of Jane Goodall. 🩷A good samaritan found her outside in the Lower Paxton/Linglestown area and brought her in,and then called this rescue for advice. They sent her right to their emergency vet for care.

What they know so far:
💜 She is 10.
💜 She is deaf. 🦻
💜 She is very thin, dehydrated, and has a ROARING upper respiratory infection that has her incredibly weak.

She should make a full recovery as long as she fights and hangs in there. Her foster Mama has her in the bathroom, doing routine steam outs with hot water from the shower and a buffet of food.

She received an antibiotic injection, tested negative for FIV/FELV, received flea and tick meds, and got a bag of subcutaneous fluids.

Please keep her on your hearts. She has a long way to go, but we are so glad she is in good care and hanging on.
