Jared is a 4-month-old Lab x in Big Sandy, TX, who needs $1,000 for Endoscopy and Treatment.

Jared was rescued from a stray colony, along with 2 mamas and 2 pups. Pups were sent to NY to rescue,mamas are spayed, vaccinated and will start treatment 4 heartwork shortly. I live in my camper and don't have room for them along with my animals. I didn't realize when I rescued them, how bad situation in E Texas is to rehome strays. but I don't want to give up on Jared just yet!

Jared is happy go lucky,sweet and cuddly. He makes me smile every time I look at him. He's a ray of sushine even though he is suffering. He loves the other dogs, tries to play with cats. He loves his little squeaky toy. Everyone who meets Jared loves him! He loves playing outside with pinecones. He was so proud learning how to sit!He's my sweet little angel!

He tries so hard to not be sick, such a trooper. He is quite the athlete with his long gangly legs flying onto the couch with his squeak toy! He loves to chew on his mama's face for attention which she loves to give him! I spoiled him, as he will not sleep anywhere unless he is under the blankets. This guy is always wagging his tail even when he doesn't feel well...

Almost lost him to pnuemonia, which is secondary to being constantly nauseated. Vet cannot figure out why. He's on nausea meds, prednisone/pepsid. Not helping. He needs an endoscopy to figure the cause and fix it, but I am out of funds, I hate to let him go but his quality of life sucks though he is constantly happy.Working on finding endoscopy vet. Quitman Vet has been treating him.

I am laid off & don't have much money coming in. I have spent $1500 + to date. The endoscopy is about $600 and I do not know what treatment will cost but he deserves to be given the best shot at life so he can make someone a wonderful companion. He deserves life!
