About this campaign
Jasper is my first cat. His mom was found in a dumpster where my husband works barely alive. Before the company could spay her, she became pregnant. She had 6 kittens, 4 died right after birth, and 1 died 3 weeks later. Jasper was the surviving kitten. I adopted Jasper and his mom so they wouldn't live in a factory.
Jasper is a big baby who is the King of the house. He plays well with my other cats, and spends most of his time snuggling his mom. He sleeps with me and my husband at night.
After 16 years of my husband begging for us to get a cat, we finally welcomed Jasper and his mom into our home. Jasper is the reason why I love cats, have adopted more rescue cats. Also, he is the reason why I've gotten into cat rescue. I've fostered momma cats and their litters, and many, many kittens.
Jasper is up to date on his vaccines, yet managed to contract, and got severely sick from Panleukopenia. My husband and I decided to give Jasper a fighting chance, and hospitalized at Montevista Small Animal Hospital.
I am asking for donations, because treating Panleukopenia is expensive. I have spent thousands of dollars to help rescue dogs and cats over the last couple of years, and decided to ask for help with my sweet boy Jaspers.
