About this campaign
Jasper is a sweet, lovable American Shorthair. I cannot afford his surgery. I took him to Paws Claws and Hooves in West Richland, WA. They told me that he has a stone in his bladder and needs $900 of surgery to remove it. I do not want him to be a victim of economic euthanasia. Please help us.
Jasper is a very, sweet, loving cat. He was rescued from an animal shelter. As time passed, he really began to show his personality. He has two other companion cats that he gets along with and he loves people. He loves to play soccer with a little ball and he also is a lap cat. If I am doing laundry, housework, in the kitchen, or just sitting, he likes to be there too.
Jasper has a way of understanding the moods of the people that he shares a home with. If someone is sad, or sick, he will sit with that person for a very long time. He is great company and a great soccer player. He is a very gentle and tolerant cat. He also is a very smart cat and responds when I talk to him about different things, like he knows what you’re saying.
I took Jasper to Paws Claws and Hooves in West Richland, WA. After an examination, they told me that he has a stone in his bladder. I understand this can be very painful if left untreated. I found out about this a year ago, and I have not been able to do anything . I am on Disability and at the same time, my husband asked me for a divorce.
I am going through a divorce right now. My spouse was instructed by his attorney to not pay any of my bills. On Disability, I average about $160 a week and now I have to pay my own bills. Jasper is now the victim of a situation that he and myself did not ask for.
