Hello, I have had Jax for most of his 2 years of living. I purchased Jax from a breeder and he’s been with me since he was 6 weeks. In addition to Jax, I also have a Beagle who’s 8 years old and they do a great job of balancing each other out.

Jax is a very energetic, playful and friendly companion. He roams around the house when he’s not running around the backyard. He loves to go on walks and meet new people. He gets along well with other pets as well.

Jax has been there by my side as I was going through trying times in my life. His presence will not go unnoticed and he has the ability to light up any room he’s in.

On 10/03/2023, Jax escaped from the gate and was hit by a car. I tracked him using the air tag in his collar and when I found him, he was sitting in a driveway, unable to walk. I took him directly to the emergency vet and was told that his pelvis has multiple fractures and he will need surgery. The only other option I was given was to have him euthanized which is not in my plans.

The original quote that I received from all vets in my area was between $8-$10,000. I was able to find a vet about 2 hours away who is willing to do it for $3800. Getting as much help as possible would be a blessing, not only to me, but to all who’ve had a chance to meet Jax
