Jax came into my life about 4-5 years ago as a rescue. He may have been abused in his past home because I found a ring around his neck that may have been caused by being chained up. He lives with two other rescues and they get along well. I’ve never been in love with a pet. He’s by my side 24/7. My family also loves him to death.

My pets lifestyle is basically sleeping all day. He loves car rides and going for walks. He loves everyone he comes into contact with. He isn’t vicious with anyone but is very territorial when it comes to me. He’s the lovey dovey type... basically a dog you’ve always wanted. He drives us crazy when he barks because it’s high pitched.

Since the pandemic I’ve been struggling financially and this just adds onto my bills. Anything helps! It would mean the world to me to see my poor baby happy again and not in pain.

I’m here today because my dog needs 8 teeth extractions, has an infection in his mouth that caused pus to ooze out of the wounds. This is very painful. He’s currently eating soft food but sometimes he doesn’t want to eat. The veterinarian that is currently treating him is called Thrive Affordable Vet Care.

The thing that makes me laugh (but really isn’t funny) is when I’m drinking water... he’s very scared of water bottles. Another thing he does that’s really cute is we can make him howl.. all we have to do is howl at him and he howls back. He’s a very loyal and sweet dog. He’s frightened of his own flatulence.. lol
