Jax is a 3-year-old American Pitbull in Maricopa , AZ, who needs $750 for ccl surgery.

I got Jax when he was 7 weeks old in Missouri. We moved to Arizona almost 3 years ago. Jax started getting allergies shortly after we moved. He gets skin outbreaks. He is 3 years old and he's my best friend. Jax completely tore his ccl in his right back leg. He has a partial tear in his left back leg. And he's be diagnosed with arthritis in both knees. He needs surgery very badly.

Jax is a well mannered pitbull. He gets way overly excited when he sees people and makes a high pitched noise like a hyena. He loves car rides and belly rubs. He is very intelligent and him and his sister Skyler get along great. But they haven't been able to play much lately. Jax is also very comforting to me. I am a veteran with deep depression and PTSD.

I recently had my backyard finished and my hours were cut at work. So I don't have the $750 Jax needs right now for surgery on his right leg. He really needs help. He's my best friend.

Jax loves bully sticks and sunbathing. He makes a high pitched noise when in the car and he sees people. He loves people but is very protective of me. I never realized how scared pitbulls were till I got Jax. He provides me with comfort when my anxiety and depression hit. I have to come up with $750 to have the surgery. Then I can make payments on the remaining balance.
