I live at home with mommy, daddy, Justin, jess, Archer, waffles, and blaze. They all love me very much. Then there are my girls, Faith and Hope. We have been together since I was a puppy.

I need a tplo surgery. I ruptured my cranial cruciate ligament. In people terms that means I tore my acl.

I love to help mommy with her hemiplegic migraines. I helped hope when she was hurt. I also help jess recover from back surgery. I have a strong bond with all my humans. I love playing with my brother Archer. And I love my feather friend blaze, and fury friend waffles.

Those that know my family know that the last few years have been extremely hard. Losing son/brother/ uncle Doug. The van, and now Jess' car. We would greatly appreciate the support given to us. Jax deserves to walk pain free again!
