Jax is a 7-month-old Rottweiler Mix in West Lafayette , IN, who needs $2,000 for Angular Limb Deformity Correction.

Me and my boyfriend got Jax in July 2023. Him & his brother(Snickers) were given to us by a friend who found the whole litter on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Snickers is my boyfriends parents dog(whom we live with). We had one other dog at the time, her name is Lila and she's a year and a half old. Jax and Lila have sense become inseparable.

Jax goes wherever Lila goes. Lila is very anxious and adores Jax. They both sleep in bed with me and my boyfriend. Lila, Jax, and Snickers love being outside and just running in our backyard. They're the best of friends. Jax is the smallest of the 3 but will make sure he gets just as much pets and treats as the other 2. He loves belly rubs, and always wants to be with mom, dad, or grandma and grandpa

Jax loves playing with his brother and sister. He loves jumping and just loving on anyone and everyone. He's the happiest puppy despite hurting all the time. He has the most precious puppy dog eyes and is most definitely a cuddler. He's right by my side anytime I'm upset and he will give kisses until you smile. He loves running and learning new things. And he listens so well for a 6month old puppy

When we got him he had a little limp, but we didn't think much of it as he appeared to look okay and never whined or acted like he was in pain. The more he's grown the worse his limp has got, and he now whimpers when you try to touch the joint of his front right leg. We're positive his leg is broke, and need to get him to the vet. I'm trying everything to get the funds to help make my boy feel better

The company I worked for shut down, taking away my income, my boyfriend's parents are retired, my boyfriend's vehicle quit. With my boyfriend worrying about his transportation and me not having a steady income anymore, I'm begging for help for Jax's surgery so he's not in pain
