About this campaign

Jaxon was a sought out breed that we wanted. We found him at a “all about puppies” store. Not even specifically going to buy a pet, but we found him a loved his wild energy. He has a brother cat and he has two dogs my parents have that are his best friends.

Jaxon was diagnosed with retinal atrophy 3 years ago and has progressively been loosing his vision. This past month he was diagnosed with glaucoma and cataracts. Due to the cataracts he has been having “luxations” we did not understand the sever of him playing. So after the two surgeries the NAVES (ophthalmology) suggested removing his eyes so he can play and not be sedated.
Enuculation will help

Jaxon is loved among everyone. He hasn’t a mean bone in his body. He had always been full of so much energy. Him being blind NEVER stopped him we still are able to get out and unleash him and still play fetch. He had overcame so much and through it all he will always play! He loves to play with all of his friends and he has my parents I. The palm of their hands.

We have had two luxation surgeries. We were not aware of the severity of him not being able to play and be himself after wards. We put all of our money in getting him comfortable and stable just to learn he can no longer play and he would have to live sedated forever.
