Jazz is a 11-year-old American Longhair Cat in Los Angeles , CA, who needs $700 for Primary Care and Wellness Check-Up.

I wasn't looking for a pet when I went into the animal shelter but when I saw her I immediately knew I wanted her to be my pet. She was so gentle and sweet . I fell in love with her it felt like fate. She was on of the older cats there and I wanted to give her freedom and a chance out of there . I finallt felt happy and needed . Currently she's been feeling sick and throwing up.

She lays around and just minds her space. everyone plays with her and feeds her but she mostly enjoys sleeping with me or my brother . She loves watching cars on our balcony and likes to watch me come home from school and work. Shes very gentle and loves to be pet.

Jazz likes to walk me to what she wants. Shes so smart. She realized the routine and when she gets hungry she would walk me to the fridge and then walk me back to her bowl. She also takes me to the balcony and then lays there and shows she wants company while she stays outside.

After a few weeks of having her, she had gotten sick and would non-stop throwing up one day and I had taken her to the Emergency vet they told me it was some type of toxic poisoning from an essential oil. At that time I couldn't afford the bill when they offered to run more tests and I could only pay half to get her some anti-Nasua shot. After another trip to the emergency she was given steroids.

I had an accident while on a vacation and I had to take a break from work without pay. After recovering and coming back to work my hours were reduced also because of a recent boycott of my job. I cant afford to take her to the vet or get her any more medicine.
