About this campaign

I bought Jazzy and his brother at 8 weeks old for my X boyfriend as a gift, I realized that he was not treating Jazzy with care and it caused Jazzy to have some anxiety issues. So when we broke up I took responsibility him. I could not take his brother he was adopted out He has been with me since then, which has been since 2009. Since he separated from his brother he has a lil depression as well

Jazzy is the older of my 3 dogs that I have right now. I have 2 3 yr old Golden Retrievers and Jazzy is like a GranPa to them. I an in a 5 bedroom home and my dogs sleep in the room with me. Jazzy sleeps in my large walk in closet. He has been doing that since he was a pup. He likes his space away from the young dogs.

I am 57 yrs divorced mother and grandmother I support my kids and grandkids. Since the Covid19 issues, I have not been able to work and I am on unemployment. It would mean so much to me and my family to get the help Jazzy needs so that he can remain apart of our family.

Since Jazzy is an older dog he has developed some issue that his breed gets. He has serious hip issues and sometimes has trouble getting up and down. But our main issue is a mass on his tummy that is constantly bleeding. The vet says it needs to be removed. VCA Arroyo Animal Hospital is where Jazzy is being treated.

He a friendly dog and love to be around people and his fellow doggies. I have 3 young grand children who live with me and he hangs out with them when hes not sun bathing in the yard. What I love about Jazzy is the serious looks he gives. And if you talk to him he will answer back with a deep growl.
