I brought JB to DTLA VETS, and I was shocked when I was told he was in acute kidney failure. He had lost 12 pounds, his blood pressure was very high and he was dehydrated. I begged them to help him, so they gave him IV fluids, sub-q fluids, and medication. He was showing signs of improvement but the grant i had ran out, and he is back with me but needs continued fluid treatment to recover.

JB is the sweetest dog. He has saved me from severe depression and also from totally giving up. That's why I have to try and save him, and I won't give up on him! He is very silly and always rolls on his back and wiggles, also he gets the zoomies and runs around like crazy! He is affectionate, sweet, playful, and such a gentleman! He loves everyone and really loves to play, and loves attention!

We were staying with an elderly gentleman for 2 yrs and took care of his home, after fleeing an abuser. He fractured his hip in Jan 2023 and his greedy children put him in a nursing home, and illegally evicted me. Didn't tell me where he was and he passed away in May 2023.
