Jerry is a 10 year old Mix-Breed in Houston, TX, who needs $700 for Eye Enucleation and Hospitalization.

Jerry was previously owned and was surrendered to our care. We’re not sure the entire circumstances or any of Jerry’s history, but know the former owner did not have the means to care for their pups. It was in Jerry’s best interest to be surrendered over, and thanks to you guys, we’ll make sure he gets everything he needs from here on out.

He was attacked by another dog at some point and has been sitting in pain waiting for help. Unfortunately, there was nerve exposure and there was no saving that eye. While he was under anesthesia, the doc checked out his mouth/jaw and did x-rays to ensure there are no other injuries.

While there was no evidence of any other injuries, they discovered he has severe dental disease and need several teeth pulled in the near future. Jerry is physically recovering from surgery and emotionally recovering from all of the recent trauma and change.
