Jett is a 8 year old Labrador Retriever in Scheller , IL, who needs $5,500 for Cataract Surgery.

Jett came into our lives in 2017 as a puppy from an unexpected litter. She was the runt of this litter. We came up with Jett because she is jet black. We like to call her Jetty, or Jetty Spaghetti .

In 2024 Jett was diagnosed with diabetes. She has since developed cataracts and she is having a hard time navigating. We have taken her to a pet ophthalmologist specialist at the university of Illinois and he would like to do cataract surgery while her vision is still able to be restored.

Jett is one of a kind, she is the sweetest girl that will do anything asked of her. She has been my soul dog & my son’s best friend. She gives unconditional love to my family, and has been the biggest blessing.

The surgery she needs for a better quality of life has came unexpectedly, and I am struggling to come up with the cost. I would do anything to have her eyes healthy and to have my happy girl back. I love her so much.
