Jewel was a birthday gift for my daughter's 6th birthday party. I live with my 11 year old daughter in a apartment. I'm disabled and so is my daughter due to medical conditions. Jewel has always been a happy dog; some days she is not herself due to her eyesight. We love her and want to see her better and healthy again.

She loves going for walks; she loves sleeping under the blankets. She plays with my daughter but due to her eyesight she has been sleeping a lot and my heart breaks to see her go through this. I have to help her down the stairs because she can't see the steps very well. Both of her eyes are really cloudy .

I’m on a fixed income due to my disability. It would mean the world to me to see Jewel get the surgery and be happy and healthy again. We pray for her everyday that someone can help her. Thank you and God Bless.

Yonkers Animal Hospital Doctor Howell said Jewel needs a eye surgery. If she doesn’t get the surgery she can go blind in both eyes. She is so young she doesn’t deserve to lose her eyesight at a young age. I hope that people see my story and can help because we love Jewel so much with all are heart she is are world.

She plays with my daughter a lot and likes to play ball but due to her eyes she has been sleeping a lot. To see her in pain and uncomfortable hurts me so much we just want to see her happy again and to live a full life we are hopeing someone see are story we love her very much and we just want to see her better
