Jim Bailey is a 5 month old Golden Retriever in Baton Rouge, LA, who needs $2,000 for Tibial Fracture Repair.

Jim Bailey, JB for short, came into my life after rescuing him from someone who is expecting soon and could not afford to take care of him or give him the love he deserved. He is 5 months old and has always been a goofy sleepy boy and is an amazing puppy and his broken leg does not stop him.

Shortly after I got JB, he jumped from a raised porch and broke his tibia in his back leg. I am hoping to take him to LSU for his surgery so that he can start to heal and be a puppy without limitations.

Since having JB I have realized that he is an amazing puppy and a great cuddler. He is very goofy and loves playing with his toys and his older cousin because they are both rambunctious. Since he has broken his leg he has not been as playful as he usually is.

Due to his broken leg, he will need surgery to repair it and I have been quoted $4000-$6000. I am currently in college and have my own apartment and I already have 2 jobs to get by. This was very unexpected and I am not able to afford the surgery on my own.
